What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them optimize the Zensai platform for their specific needs
- Manage the customer journey, including implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion
- Provide coaching and guidance based on proven best practices to enhance customer performance and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient adoption and maximize business value for customers
- Analyze platform usage and customer feedback to provide actionable insights and support marketing efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management within a SaaS company
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to understand and manage stakeholder needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in conveying complex technical topics
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Digital Innovation, Communication, or Business Administration
- Spanish language skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base
