About the Role:

Seerist is seeking experienced Customer Success professionals to support our current and prospective Commercial Clients globally. We support corporate security and GSOC teams in the US and abroad. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with passionate teammates, supporting clients in threat navigation to ensure safety. The position can be located in California (San Francisco or Los Angeles), Washington, or Colorado.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients and provide exceptional support throughout the contract lifecycle, positioning Seerist for future growth.
  2. Gather and relay client feedback to our development and production teams to enhance value delivery.
  3. Manage a client portfolio successfully and support team efforts as needed.
  4. Achieve account retention and growth metrics.
  5. Maintain proactive account management and utilize CRM tools effectively.
Required Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge of corporate security, GSOC, or threat intelligence functions.
  • SaaS and/or account management experience.
  • Experience working directly with high-touch customers, analyzing and communicating the value of real-time threat monitoring.
  • Understanding customer goals, challenges, and operational workflows.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, from entry-level to C-suite.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and excellent in communication.
  • Adaptability to a fast-changing environment.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years in enterprise software or SaaS customer success or sales.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Problem-solving skills in real time.
