Responsabilidades

• Coordinate meetings with project & customer success managers to align objectives and milestones.
• Update supplier API spreadsheets to maintain formal tracking.
• Proactively engage vendors to facilitate communication and streamline procurement processes.
• Review client contracts to ensure understanding of project requirements.
• Assist with customer-success related projects and initiatives to elevate client experience.
