Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, or related major.
• Proficiency in Excel to effectively manage and analyze data for reporting.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint to create engaging presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with multiple departments for information sharing.
• Self-starter with initiative to tackle tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings with project & customer success managers to align on objectives and milestones.
• Update supplier API spreadsheets to maintain formal tracking.
• Proactively reach out to vendors to facilitate communication and streamline procurement.
• Review client contracts to ensure understanding of project requirements.
• Assist with customer-success related projects and initiatives that elevate client experience.

Position Title: Internship – Customer Success (Performance)

The Work

• Coordinate meetings with project & customer success managers to ensure alignment on project objectives and milestones.
• Updating supplier API spreadsheets to maintain formal tracking
• Proactively reaching out to vendors to facilitate communication and streamline procurement processes.
• Reviewing client contracts to ensure compliance and understanding of project requirements.
• Assist with customer-success related projects and initiatives that elevate the experience for our clients.

The Must-Haves

• Pursuing Bachelors or Masters in Business, Economics, or other related major.
• Proficiency in Excel to effectively manage and manipulate data for reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint to create engaging presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect seamlessly with multiple departments to gather relevant information and insights.
• Self-starter mentality with the drive to take initiative and tackle tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Some knowledge of apex products/services is desired but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts is valued.
