TDK-Lambda Americas Inc. in San Diego, California, is seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate to bridge customers with the Sales team and internal operations. You will manage the order process from entry through shipment, support returns and repairs, and build strong relationships with key customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
• 5+ years in customer service, inside sales, or order management.
• Experience with ERP/order-management systems and MS Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and RMAs from request through shipment.
• Ensure orders comply with terms, conditions, and ISO requirements.
• Enter orders in ERP, set delivery dates, and provide acknowledgments.
• Monitor backlogs to keep products and repairs on schedule.
• Communicate order status and changes to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Logistics to resolve issues.
