Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations professional for a contractor role. The focus is on CRM configuration, revenue tooling, and operational judgment to improve workflows and data accuracy in SaaS environments.

You will configure Salesforce or HubSpot, manage quoting and billing tools, build streamlined processes, and produce clear reports. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential to drive adoption and measurable revenue improvements

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
