Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a seasoned Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations expert to optimize CRM-driven workflows in a remote capacity. You will configure and manage CRM systems, improve data accuracy, and build reporting across revenue tools.

The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, and at least two revenue-related tools beyond the CRM, coupled with strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive adoption and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
