Customer Success Executive at BairesDev

As a Customer Success Executive, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our customers through their transformative journey with BairesDev on Campus Live. Your expertise will be crucial in helping startups effectively reach key markets and achieve exponential sales growth.

Your interactions with clients will be instrumental in driving lead generation creation and usage, while also developing tailored Success Plans to align objectives with desired outcomes.

What you'll do :

  • Facilitate customer success by guiding them to attain their business objectives through effective utilization of our lead generation platform.
  • Oversee the onboarding and utilization of our products and services to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Familiarize yourself with the customer's offerings, target market, and future business goals for tailored guidance.
  • Provide internal insights to develop a strategic marketing campaign aligned with the customer's objectives.
  • Continuously seek out and share best practices and sales playbooks to optimize the value of our product suite.

Here's what we are looking for :

  • 2+ years of successful experience in PaaS / SaaS customer service, with a proven track record in identifying, nurturing, and closing midsize and Enterprise accounts.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the industry, covering key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to employ a strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach, emphasizing the initiation and cultivation of client relationships.
  • Proficient in delivering tailored, compelling presentations to potential clients.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused.
  • Strong proficiency in both Spanish and Portuguese, with advanced English skills.
