Teams work together to provide an exceptional client experience in order to help our clients achieve their financial goals. Our client/customer service and onboarding support professionals across the firm demonstrate an unwavering commitment to managing their clients’ needs with their ability to problem solve, critically think and remain poised under pressure while executing trades or answering client questions on accounts, portfolios, and records.

DIVISIONS AND JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Operations: Partners with all areas of Goldman Sachs to deliver our institutional, consumer and asset management businesses and to provide a seamless experience for our clients. We manage and process our clients’ business, including onboarding, post-trade processing and regulatory compliance.
  • Asset Management Operations: Provides customized service to our clients and enables our business to grow the Asset Management franchise across traditional and alternative products.
  • Wealth Management Operations: Conducts service, delivery, and processing functions for the Ultra-High Net Worth, High Net Worth, and Mass Affluent businesses.
  • FICC and Equities Operations: Provides client onboarding support, post-trade transaction services, and post-trade portfolio services for FICC and Equities.
  • Corporate Treasury Operations: Provides payment processing, liquidity, cash management, and bank relationship management services.
  • Regulatory & Control Operations: Oversees the integrity of the firm’s books and records, and ensures compliance with global client money, regulatory and tax reporting obligations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0-3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in client service.
  • Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information.
