Akeyless Security is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Engineer/Technical Account Manager (CSE/TAM) to develop and lead customer relationships for their cloud-native SaaS platform. This hands-on role involves onboarding customers, providing ongoing support, and ensuring successful platform adoption. Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in technical support roles, with strong skills in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud service providers.

We're looking for a highly motivated CSE/TAM to join our growing team supporting customers in the USA. This is a hands-on technical role that requires excellent customer-facing skills. You will be developing and leading the ongoing technical relationship with the customer including strategic guidance, understanding the customer's business and challenges, providing solutions, processes, and best practices for a successful implementation and use of the Akeyless platform.
