Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. in Jefferson City, Missouri seeks a Customer Success Coordinator to bridge customers and our operations team from order acceptance through shipment, warranty support, and after-market services.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Production Planning to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and proactive issue resolution, driving customer satisfaction and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work onsite in Jefferson City, Missouri.
• Experience using Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Understanding of general accounting principles and business processes.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and support the clean order initiative.
• Coordinate with Engineering to ensure accurate and timely drawing package delivery.
• Manage change orders and maintain effective communication across multiple departments.
• Build strong customer relationships while serving as a trusted point of contact.
• Support revenue goals by reducing shipment holds and proactively managing orders.
• Handle return authorizations, customer concessions, milestone billing, and invoice follow-up activities.
• Communicate shipment schedules and resolve potential delays before they impact customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean methodologies and process enhancements.
