Job summary

Spectrum Aquatics in Missoula, MT is hiring for an entry-level Customer Service/Order Processing role. You’ll support customers and the sales team by reviewing orders, learning the ERP system, and keeping order information accurate and up-to-date.

You’ll answer calls and emails, provide product information, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues. Prior aquatic industry experience isn’t required; training is provided.

In this entry-level role, you’ll support customers and our sales team by reviewing orders, sharing updates, answering product questions, and keeping details on track. What You’ll Do

Review sales orders for accuracy and completeness, helping resolve missing information before orders move forward.

Learn our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to enter, review, and track customer orders.

Communicate order status, estimated ship dates, and shipment tracking information to customers and sales team members.

Answer customer calls and emails, provide general product information, and connect customers with the appropriate team when additional help is needed.

Follow up on customer questions and order concerns, coordinating with internal teams through resolution.

Export reports from internal systems and maintain basic Excel spreadsheets.

Keep clear, accurate records of customer communications and order updates.

Help improve the processes and procedures used in your role.

Support additional team needs as assigned by your manager or supervisor.
