Chamberlain Group in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a Customer Success Consultant Co-op for Summer 2026. This full-time, on-site (hybrid) role offers hands-on experience with myQ Enterprise, CRM tools, and invoicing systems while shadowing Success Managers and documenting processes.

You will contribute to onboarding, training, and creating guides for critical tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and willingness to travel within the U.S. are expected.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, supply chain, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Build out process documentation and associated tool-based usage guides.
• Learn the myQ Enterprise software through hands-on experience and assisting in customer support.
• Contribute to set up and operations functions of the Customer Success team via engaging with key team members and providing perspective, feedback and documentation.
• Establish Salesforce user guide for documenting and tracking customer interactions.
• Attend and participate in internal and external meetings, including product demos and issue reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Assist team members with various projects as needed.
