Job summary

Intervala, LLC is hiring a Customer Success Associate to support our customer segments. The CSA will learn order entry and document control in the Medical segment, building a career in customer success, program coordination, quoting, and order management within a high-technology manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and capable of supporting customers across Aerospace & Defense, Industrial, Medical and Data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or an Associate with ability to perform essential functions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Support segment teams with order status, expediting, shipping dates, pricing, product availability, and credit processing
• Assist with the customer lifecycle from RFP through delivery of products and services
• Enter new customer orders into the ERP system and maintain existing orders with accuracy
• Monitor and coordinate customer communications (verbal and written)
• Communicate with customers as directed by senior team members
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Planning, Sourcing and other departments to move orders efficiently
• Maintain customer and internal documentation and assist with document control
• Compile data, perform data entry and create business reports
• Develop knowledge to become a trusted customer-facing contact

Customer Success Associate

Intervala is seeking a Customer Success Associate (CSA) to support our customer segments. The CSA will start by working in our Medical segment learning order entry and/or document control. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who is interested in building a career in customer success, program coordination, quoting, and order management within a high-technology manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and interested in supporting customers in various industries including Aerospace & Defense, Industrial, Medical and Data Center.

What You’ll Do

• Support the segment teams with customer information related to order status, expediting requests, shipping dates, pricing, product availability, and credit processing.
• Assist with the customer lifecycle from RFP through product and service delivery.
• Enter new customer orders into the ERP system and maintain existing customer orders with accuracy.
• Monitor and coordinate customer correspondence, including verbal and written communications.
• Communicate with customers as directed by senior members of the segment team.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Planning, Sourcing, and other internal departments to ensure customer orders progress efficiently through the production and fulfillment process.
• Maintain customer and internal documentation and assist with document control and revisions.
• Compile data, perform data entry, and create reports and business records using computer systems.
• Develop the knowledge and independence needed to become a trusted customer-facing point of contact.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred; or an Associate's degree with demonstrated ability to independently perform the essential functions of the role. or High school diploma/GED with 1–2 years of relevant professional experience will also be considered.
• No professional experience required for qualified degreed candidates.
• Internal candidates may be considered based on demonstrated ability to independently perform the essential functions of the position in lieu of a related degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience or familiarity with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management concepts such as Kanban, safety stock, and other material control practices preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and communicate information to identify and resolve problems.
