Job summary

Ramsey Solutions is seeking a dedicated customer support specialist for EveryDollar in Franklin, TN. You will assist users with budget setup and debt payoff via live chat, email, and scheduled calls, while coaching them through financial steps.

You will also author helpful articles to train our AI agent and contribute to a growing customer-support team on-site with flexible scheduling and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to explain things clearly to customers.
• Detail-oriented with ability to spot small errors in messages, tickets, or help articles.
• Strong writing skills and enjoyment in documenting knowledge for others to use.
• Willingness to work with AI and help train it.
• Background in customer support with a desire to grow beyond answering questions.
• Openness to feedback from teammates and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Answer product questions via live chat, email, and scheduled calls.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with customers for EveryDollar and financial coaching.
• Write and update help-center articles to train the AI Agent.
• Escalate product issues clearly to the right teams and track resolution.
• Help customers apply Ramsey principles while guiding product usage.

Salary: $45,680–$57,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You'd Do in This Role:
You'll be the person an EveryDollar user turns to when they're ready to get their budget working. You'll answer their product questions through live chat, email, and scheduled calls, and you'll sit down one-on-one with customers for EveryDollar and financial coaching, helping them tackle debt and make real progress. Along the way, you'll write the help-center articles that train our AI Agent, so every problem you solve makes self-service better for the next customer. It's a seat with room to grow, and strong team members can move up to Customer Success Agent 2 quickly.

You're Probably a Match If:

• You come across well on camera, on the phone, and face to face, and you can explain things clearly to people at any stage of their money journey.
• You're detail-oriented and catch the small things in a customer's message, a ticket, or a help article.
• You write clearly and enjoy documenting what you know so others can use it.
• You're excited to work alongside AI and help train it, rather than worry about it.
• You may already work in customer support and want a role that goes beyond answering questions.
• You welcome feedback from teammates and leaders, and you share what you learn.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Working about 200 new customer tickets a week across live chat, email, and scheduled calls, with EveryDollar Premium requests coming first.
• Replying to every customer within 24 hours.
• Passing along customer-reported product issues clearly and escalating them to the right people.
• Linking existing help-center articles in your replies, checking tickets for accuracy and clarity, and flagging articles that are wrong, unclear, or missing.
• Completing Coach Training, then putting what you learn to work in real customer conversations with input from Senior Agents and leaders.
• Helping customers apply basic Ramsey principles while you solve their product questions.
• Driving results that keep customers with us, point them to more Ramsey tools, earn reviews, and inspire referrals.
