Role Description

The Customer Specialist is a Part / full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle. Daily tasks include responding to customer requests, providing support on services and solutions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Specialist will document interactions, identify trends in customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery. The role also involves explaining complex information in clear, accessible language and helping customers understand how the agency’s cyber risk solutions meet their needs.

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple customer requests and maintaining accurate records.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
