Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including English grammar.
• Ability and desire to learn new systems quickly.
• Enjoys working with computers.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and in person.

• Meet/exceed monthly sales goals.
• Process quotes, take orders, and provide post-order service.
