Job description

We're currently hiring for remote team members in the following states: DC, DE, GA, MA, MD, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, UT, and VA.

We are looking for an exceptional communicator who loves building and nurturing relationships that enhance the lives of each creator and small business owner in our community of AWeber customers. By helping people understand how AWeber's features can meet their unique needs, you will positively impact both seasoned marketers and those just beginning their marketing journey.

As our Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll be responsible for working variable days including some weekend days (schedule provided at least a month in advance) on the First Shift (8AM-5PM EST).

You will offer support over multiple channels, including live chat, email, phone, and social media platforms. Through troubleshooting, product education, and sharing marketing best practices, you'll partner with our customers to help them grow their businesses. Additionally, you'll work on special projects and collaborate across teams to improve the customer experience.

To thrive as a CS specialist, you will take initiative and proactively educate customers on best practices, suggest new product features, and advocate for process improvements within the CS department. Knowledge of marketing technologies such as social media, landing pages, or email platforms will be a plus! You should also be a leader who inspires others through your passion and dedication to customer success.
