Customer Solutions Specialist (First Shift)

Join to apply for the Customer Solutions Specialist (First Shift) role at AWeber.

We're currently hiring for remote team members in the following states: DC, DE, GA, MA, MD, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, UT, and VA.

We are looking for an exceptional communicator who loves building and nurturing relationships that enhance the lives of each creator and small business owner in our community of AWeber customers. By helping people understand how AWeber's features can meet their unique needs, you will positively impact both seasoned marketers and those just beginning their marketing journey.

As our Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll work variable days including some weekend days (schedule provided at least a month in advance) on the First Shift (8AM-5PM EST).

You will support customers across multiple channels, including live chat, email, phone, and social media platforms. Your role involves troubleshooting, providing product education, and sharing marketing best practices to help customers grow their businesses. You will also work on special projects and collaborate with team members across the company to enhance the customer experience.

To succeed as a CS specialist, you should take initiative, proactively educate customers on best practices, suggest new product features, and advocate for process improvements in the CS department. Knowledge of marketing technologies such as social media, landing pages, or email platforms will make you stand out! You should also be a passionate leader who inspires others and invests in our customers' success.
