Job summary

TE Connectivity, a global industrial technology leader, seeks a Product Information Associate III to support customers, distributors, and the outside sales team. The role emphasizes accurate, timely customer information, including quotes and technical product details, to help drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or vocational training, 2+ years of related experience, proficiency in Excel/Word, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School or vocational training or equivalent is preferred.
• 2 or more years of related work experience.
• Electrical or industry related experience is desired.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and provide accurate information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prompt handling of all customer service requests, including quotes, technical product information, application questions, and customer contract resolutions.
• Follow up on quotes and projects to drive sales and derive market intelligence.
• Ensure timely responses to customers.
• Work with order entry, manufacturing and shipping to resolve questions on orders including pricing, lead times, freight, payment terms, and part numbers.
• Work with team members to meet customer’s needs.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $45,600 - $57,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
