Job Summary

As a Client Solutions Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Business development: Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for full-time placement solutions using your proven Technology and/or recruiting background. Market to Technology via telephone, video, and in-person meetings with key decision makers. Participate in local association and networking events to strengthen Robert Half’s presence in the local business community.
  2. Placement activities: Select well-matched candidates for client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals to ensure excellent customer service. Resolve customer service issues promptly to uphold high satisfaction levels.
  3. Goals: Meet and exceed weekly business development targets.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree required; Technology degree preferred.
  2. 2+ years of Technology related experience preferred.
  3. Strong desire to build a career in business development, with proven closing skills and relationship-building abilities.
  4. Combination of business development and account management skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and persevere in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  6. Proven success record; competitive and self-motivated individual.
