About the role

This is a highly technical role and to be qualified you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in analog IP integration and/or design. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities to ensure customer success and drive product adoption. In this position you will serve as a technical liaison between Analog Bits sales, product, and engineering teams and its customers.

The role focuses on creating technical solutions using Analog Bits’ existing mixed signal/ Analog IP products as well as new products for customers’ specific technical and business needs. You will participate in customer calls, technical discussions, and work with the internal engineering teams to design the best solution for Analog Bits customers.

You will join a highly collaborative team, and your success will have a significant impact on our products.

What you'll do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing deep technical value and ensuring their success.
  • Attend customer calls, discuss customer requests, and propose possible solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers.
  • Work with our engineering teams to develop excellent technical proposals for our customers.
  • Prepare new datasheets for new IP products and improve existing datasheets.
  • Act as a technical advisor to our sales team to enable a smooth sales process.
  • Prepare application notes to be used by our customer and customer support engineers.
Qualifications
  • Technical expertise: Strong understanding of analog circuit design fundamentals. Mixed signal, analog and digital circuit design. Mixed signal / Analog IP integration experience is desired.
  • Problem-solving abilities: Analyze complex technical problems, apply critical thinking, design creative, and effective solutions.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for translating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Consultative approach: The ability to listen actively to customers, understand their underlying needs, and build trust.
  • Customer-facing experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as technical account manager or solutions consultant, is highly valued.
  • Project Management: The ability to manage projects from start to finish, using planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent team work and collaboration is required.
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in analog IP integration and/or design.
