Job summary

Airgas, Inc. is seeking a Customer Services Professional to support our Texarkana region (Texarkana, Mt. Pleasant, and retail shop with possible Longview). You will partner with Account Managers to ensure seamless service for our professional community and maintain accurate account health.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 3+ years in customer service (industrial gases/welding supplies preferred), and comfort with SAP and MS Office. Some regional travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, ideally in industrial gases or similar products.
• Able to work overtime and occasional weekends to meet deadlines.
• Independent, owning the customer journey with accountability.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, and leadership.

Travel Requirements

Moderate business travel required. Must have reliable transportation.

Computer Skills

• Possess proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, database programs).
• 2-3 years current hands‑on experience with SAP (or similar ERP) strongly desired.
• Ability to enter and extract data into and out of a computer.
