Ewing Outdoor Supply in Jacksonville, FL is seeking dependable, customer-focused team members for our operations team. This hands-on role blends customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, and local deliveries in a fast-paced, outdoors-friendly environment.

No prior industry experience required; we provide world-class training from day one. The role offers competitive pay ($18-$20/hour DOE) and opportunities to grow with a fourth-generation, family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Assist customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.
• Warehouse & Yard Operations: pull, stage, and load customer orders; maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked warehouse and yard and follow safety standards.
• Inventory Management: receive and stock deliveries and transfers; assist with cycle counts and accuracy checks.
• Delivery and Transportation: load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles; deliver to local job sites with world-class service.
