This role blends customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance; no prior industry experience is required as we provide world‑class training to set you up for success from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and yard, following safety standards.
• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers; assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles and deliver to local job sites with excellent service.

This role provides a variety of activities—including customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance—making it ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working both indoors and outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities

This role supports the day-to-day operations in a fast‑paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.

Warehouse & Yard Operations

• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well‑stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material‑handling safety standards.

Inventory Management

• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.

Delivery and Transportation

• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.
• Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world‑class customer service upon arrival.

Preferred, but notrequired…

• Warehouse associate experience
• Delivery driver experience
• Forklift Certification
• Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials (remember, our training rocks)

SpanishBi-Lingual isalways aplus

• Prior Outdoor Supply Industry Experience
• Must be comfortable working most of your shift on your feet and performing repetitive physical tasks, such as stooping, squatting, and lifting items above your head.
• Must be comfortable operating and making deliveries on a daily route in an Isuzu NRR 650 or similar commercial vehicle.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Basic math skills
• Be able to lift 50-70 pounds
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast‑paced environments

• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations

Bonus Points for the Following*

• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions (willing to train the right candidate)
• Proven work experience as a Customer Service Associate, Sales Associate, or similar role.
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
