Job summary

Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking dependable, customer-focused team members to join our operations team in Queen Creek, Arizona. This hands-on role involves customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance.

We provide world-class training and no prior industry experience is required. This position offers active, indoor/outdoor work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to a family-owned business that values

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships in a fast-paced wholesale environment.
• Assist customers in selecting landscape materials and irrigation products.
• Pull, stage, and load orders including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked warehouse and yard following safety standards.
• Receive and stock deliveries, transfers, and participate in cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles and deliver to local job sites with excellent service.

Responsibilities

This role supports the day-to-day operationsin a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers, answercalls, fieldquestions, andbuildcustomerrelationships.

• Supportcustomers in selecting landscape materials, outdoorsupplies, andirrigation product recommendations.

Warehouse & Yard Operations

• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.

• Maintain a clean, organized,well-stocked,and welcomingwarehouse and yard,whilefollowing all equipment and material-handlingsafetystandards.

Inventory Management

• Receiveandstockdeliveriesandtransfers.

• Assistwith cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.

Delivery and Transportation

• Loadandunloadmaterials using companydelivery vehicleswhile following all safety protocols.

• Safelydelivercustomer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.

Warehouse associate experience

Delivery driver experience

Forklift Certification

Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials(remember, our training rocks)

SpanishBi-Lingual isalways aplus

• Must be comfortable working most of your shift on your feet and performing repetitive physical tasks, such as stooping, squatting, and lifting items above your head.
• Must be comfortable operating and making deliveries on a daily route in an Isuzu NRR 650 or similar commercial vehicle.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Basic math skills
• Be able to lift 50-70 pounds
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations

• Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions (willing to train the right candidate)
• Proven work experience as a Customer Service Associate, Sales Associate, or similar role.
