Job summary

AtWork Group is hiring a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate to join our team across Smyrna, Austell, Kennesaw and Marietta, GA. This full-time role focuses on helping customers, handling calls, and supporting shipping and receiving tasks.

You will maintain accurate order information and assist with packing, labeling, and staging orders. Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, with experience, qualifications, and assignment playing a role in pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Shipping and receiving experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with UPS shipping systems or other shipping platforms is preferred.
• Comfortable answering inbound calls and making outbound calls when necessary.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and responsible.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
