Ewing Outdoor Supply in Katy, TX is seeking team members for an operations role marrying customer service, warehouse tasks, inventory support, and local deliveries. We provide world-class training to set you up for success from day one, with emphasis on safety and dependable service.

Ideal candidates enjoy being active, outdoors, and thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs are preferred; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors.

• Basic math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders including stones, soils, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and yard following safety standards.
• Receive and stock deliveries, assist with cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Load/unload materials using delivery vehicles and safely deliver to local job sites.

This role providesa variety of activities—includingcustomer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and salesassistance—making it ideal for someone who enjoysbeingactive, working both indoors and outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Though preferred, thishands-on, foundational roledoesn’trequireprior industry experience; we provideworld-class trainingto set you up for success from day one!

This role supports the day-to-day operationsin a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers, answercalls, fieldquestions, andbuildcustomerrelationships.

• Supportcustomers in selecting landscape materials, outdoorsupplies, andirrigation product recommendations.

Warehouse & Yard Operations

• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.

• Maintain a clean, organized,well-stocked,and welcomingwarehouse and yard,whilefollowing all equipment and material-handlingsafetystandards.

Inventory Management

• Receiveandstockdeliveriesandtransfers.

• Assistwith cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.

Delivery and Transportation

• Loadandunloadmaterials using companydelivery vehicleswhile following all safety protocols.

• Safelydelivercustomer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.
