Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly; comfortable indoors and outdoors.
• Basic math and clear communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork mindset.
• Experience as a delivery driver is a plus; forklift certification is a bonus.
• Spanish language skills add value.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: greet customers, answer calls, field questions, build relationships; assist in selecting landscape materials and irrigation products.
• Warehouse & Yard Operations: pull, stage, and load orders; keep warehouse/yards organized and safe.
• Inventory Management: receive/stock deliveries; assist with cycle counts and accuracy.
• Delivery & Transportation: load/unload materials in company delivery vehicles; deliver to local job sites with world-class service.

Ewing Outdoor Supply is a fourth generation, family-owned wholesale landscape, irrigation, and outdoor supply company looking for dependable, customer-focused team members to join our operations team.

This role provides a variety of activities-including customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance -making it ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working both indoors and outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Though preferred, this hands-on, foundational role doesn't require prior industry experience; we provide world-class training to set you up for success from day one!

This role supports the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals.

Job responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales
  • Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
  • Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.
• Warehouse & Yard Operations
  • Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards.
• Inventory Management
  • Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
• Delivery and Transportation
  • Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.
  • Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.
