Ewing Outdoor Supply in Austin, TX is seeking dependable, customer-focused team members to join our operations group. This role blends customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, and local deliveries in a fast-paced wholesale setting.

No prior industry experience required as we provide world-class training; candidates should be willing to work indoors and outdoors, lift heavy loads, and deliver world-class service to contractors and professionals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships; advise on landscape materials and irrigation products.
• Warehouse & Yard Operations: Pull, stage, and load orders; maintain clean, organized, stocky warehouse and yard; follow safety standards.
• Inventory Management: Receive and stock deliveries and transfers; assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Delivery and Transportation: Load/unload materials in company delivery vehicles; deliver to local job sites with safety and service.

This role supports the day-to-day operationsin a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers, answercalls, fieldquestions, andbuildcustomerrelationships.
• Supportcustomers in selecting landscape materials, outdoorsupplies, andirrigation product recommendations.

Warehouse & Yard Operations

• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized,well-stocked,and welcomingwarehouse and yard,whilefollowing all equipment and material-handlingsafetystandards.

Inventory Management

• Receiveandstockdeliveriesandtransfers.
• Assistwith cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.

Delivery and Transportation

• Loadandunloadmaterials using companydelivery vehicleswhile following all safety protocols.
• Safelydelivercustomer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.
