Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Irving, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, verify, package, and stage products for shipping. You will load/unload trucks and move materials within the warehouse, while upholding safety standards and quality control.

The role requires PIT proficiency and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, with potential for growth within the Sonepar group’s network of opportunities.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and arithmetic are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• PIT proficiency and current certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and package product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Stage product for loading
• Load product onto truck
• Unload materials from truck
• Move materials to warehouse for storage
• Move waste to dumpsters
• Responsible for quality control. No damaged product is sent out. No damaged material is accepted in
• Operate within SOPs and OSHA safety standards
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT). Stand up, reach truck, order picker and sit-down propane forklift
• Complete daily logs for PIT
• Adhere to all Processes
• Clean and maintain work areas
• Other duties as assigned
