Job summary

Business Intelli solutions seeks a senior AWS Connect lead in the US (NJ region). You will provide technical leadership for Amazon Connect and AWS teams, design and optimize contact center solutions, and integrate with CRMs and third-party apps.

You will implement IaC with Terraform, develop Python automation, and lead CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Strong experience (10+ years) and mentoring skills are required to guide architecture decisions and ensure scalable, reliable customer

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AWS Connect and contact center design.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
• Experience integrating AWS Connect with CRM systems and third-party apps.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring for Amazon Connect and AWS teams.

• Utilize AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch, S3, and IAM.
• Build and enhance IVR, Chatbots, Call Routing, Analytics, and customer experience solutions.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Develop automation and backend solutions using Python.
• Act as the technical escalation point for critical issues and solution design challenges.
