  • Manage customer interactions via inbound, outbound calls, or internet in their preferred language (English or French)
  • Assist customers using call flow guides to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Follow, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Invest in customer success by offering additional products or services

Who are you?

Your empathy, integrity, knowledge, and compassionate style will add value to each interaction. You should also have:

  • Fluent written and spoken English and French
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least six months of customer service or sales experience
  • A quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • Exceptional service skills
  • Strong computer navigation skills; familiarity with iOS, macOS, or similar technology is preferred
  • High-speed internet and a smartphone
