Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Teammate, you’ll help customers care for their cars, explaining our wash options and requirements, preparing and loading their cars in the wash, and assisting with self‑cleaning options. You’ll also help maintain our car washes and sites to ensure a superior, clean experience for all customers.

Compensation

Our teammates in this role typically earn $13.00 per hour, including a base pay of $11.00 per hour plus an average of $2.00 per hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped and top performers regularly exceed $2 per hour in additional earnings. Offer will depend on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
