Job summary

GO Car Wash is expanding and seeks a Customer Service Teammate to help customers care for their cars, explain wash options, load cars in the wash, and assist with self-cleaning options. You’ll help maintain our car washes to ensure a superior experience for all customers.

This role emphasizes friendly, energetic customer interactions, adherence to safety, and ability to work outdoors as part of a busy team.

Customer Service Teammate

As a Customer Service Teammate at GO Car Wash, you’ll be helping our customers care for their cars—including explaining our car wash options and requirements to customers, preparing and loading their cars in our car washes, and assisting customers with self-cleaning options. You’ll also help maintain our car washes and sites to ensure we’re providing a superior, clean car wash experience for all our customers.

Responsibilities

• Positively and energetically engage and communicate with customers
• Quickly understand, retain, and follow directions and procedures—especially safety
• Continuously stand, move, and smile for long periods of time

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old
• Verify you can work in the US

Compensation

Our Teammates in this role typically earn $17.55/hour, which includes a base pay of $15.55/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and our top performers regularly exceed $2/hour in additional earnings. Offer will depend on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
