Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Teammate to help customers choose wash options, prepare vehicles for service, and support self-cleaning features, while keeping the sites clean for an enhanced guest experience.

As a teammate, you will engage guests positively, follow safety procedures, and maintain energy during long shifts. Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus commission, with health benefits, 401(k), paid time off, free car washes, and opportunities for growth.

Customer Service Teammate

At GO Car Wash, you will help customers care for their cars by explaining wash options, preparing cars for washing, and assisting with self‑cleaning options. You will also maintain the car wash sites to provide a clean and superior experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Typical pay is $19.00/hour, which includes a base of $17.00/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped. We also offer competitive health, 401(k), paid time off, free car washes, and opportunities for career growth.
