Job summary

White Castle in New Jersey is hiring a team member to join our long-standing, family-run crew. You’ll handle customer service, take orders at the counter and drive-thru, and help with food preparation in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

No experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know. You’ll join a fourth-generation business that values safety, teamwork, and community, with benefits that include time off, health plans, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire

Responsibilities

• Customer service, cash register, and drive-thru duties
