Job summary

White Castle is seeking an entry-level team member in New Jersey. You’ll handle customer service, operate the cash register and drive-thru, and assist with food preparation while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire

Responsibilities

• Customer service and cash register duties and drive-thru responsibilities
• Prepare orders and food items
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
• Operate fryer and griddle
• Assist with fulfilling orders and ensuring accuracy
• Support team to ensure fast, friendly service
