Job summary

Crew Carwash is hiring a Customer Service Team Member in West Lafayette, IN. This daytime role offers full-time or part-time hours, with a schedule of 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, and a starting pay of $15–$16 per hour plus incentive pay.

As a frontline team member you will greet customers, load and advise, help maintain a clean park, and contribute to our safety and service standards. Paid time off, daily pay options, tuition reimbursement, and benefits for full-time staff are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to work daytime hours 7AM–4PM.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Lift/move a minimum of 25 pounds.

Crew’s expectations:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• No prior work experience is required
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time
• Have the ability to work during the hours of 7AM- 4PM in a fast-paced operations environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
