Job summary

Lapels Dry Cleaning is seeking energetic, outgoing Customer Service Reps / Team members to join our store in Brick Township, NJ. We offer full-time and part-time positions with a flexible schedule and no late nights.

You will greet walk-in customers, assist with drop-off and pickup, and help customers with cleaning, stain, and finishing needs. Prior experience is not required; perfect for students or teens seeking after-school work.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required.
• Positive, friendly attitude when dealing with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store.
• Front counter help with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders.
• Assist customers with cleaning, stain, and finishing needs, and/or questions.
• Sort and examine articles of clothing.
• Mark-In incoming customer orders.
• Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy.
• General housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance.
• Other duties as assigned.
