Lapels Cleaners is seeking energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our team. No prior industry experience is required, and a clean, neat appearance along with a friendly attitude are valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store.
• Front counter help with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders.
• Assist customers with cleaning, stain and finishing needs, and/or questions.
• Sort and examine articles of clothing.
• Mark-In incoming customer orders.
• Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy.
• General housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance.
• Other duties as assigned.
