Job summary

Martinizing Dry Cleaning is seeking energetic, outgoing Customer Service Reps / Team members to join our team. We are looking for responsible, personable individuals with a neat appearance and a positive attitude to assist customers in-store.

We offer a flexible schedule with both full-time and part-time positions, no late nights, and benefits such as employee discounts, holidays off, and uniforms. Prior industry experience is not required, making this a great opportunity for students or teens

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Energetic, outgoing personality.
• Willing to handle cash transactions.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store.
• Front counter help with customer drop-off and pickup of orders.
• Assist customers with cleaning, stain and finishing needs, and/or questions.
• Sort and examine articles of clothing.
• Mark-In incoming customer orders.
• Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy.
• General housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance.
• Other duties as assigned.
