Fox Pest Control is seeking a Team Lead in Customer Service to champion our client relationships at our Logan, Utah location. This role focuses on guiding the customer service team, handling calls, emails, and scheduling, while fostering leadership and exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, some college preferred.
• Minimum two years Customer Service experience.
• Experience with computer database systems/software.
• Willing to learn and maintain professional demeanor.
• Excellent reading and writing skills.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts and schedule appointments.
• Manage billing information and resolve customer issues.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Support leadership in day-to-day operations.
