Job summary

MedTox Client Services Team, a LabCorp subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative in the Roseville/New Brighton area. The role focuses on advocating for clients, delivering courteous service, and coordinating responses with internal teams.

Required: High School diploma and 2+ years in customer service; preferred Associate’s Degree and familiarity with medical terminology. Schedule is 8:30am–5pm Central Time, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with team members and departments.
• Provide excellent internal customer service to external clients via phone and email.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide effective resolutions to client issues.
• Document issues, action steps and outcomes of customer inquiries.
• Document and process change requests promptly and efficiently.
• Complete supply/product order requests.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to share information about new products and services.

MedTox Client Services Team is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative. Our Client Services Team is committed to providing quality service to both internal and external customers. This position acts as an advocate for our clients in supporting their needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with other team members and departments
• Providing excellent internal customer service to optimize service to all external clients
• Provide professional and courteous customer service to external customers via phone and email
• Answer customer inquiries, research issues and provide effective resolutions to client issues and concerns
• Document issues, action steps and outcome of customers inquiry
• Document and process change requests promptly and efficiently
• Complete supply/product order requests
• Make outbound calls to existing customers providing them with information about new products and services

Work Schedule: 8:30am - 5pm Central Time / Monday - Friday

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma
• 2 or more years of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree
• 1 or more years’ experience with medical terminology
• Current or prior Labcorp experience

Pay Range: $20/hr to $22/hr All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

• Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
• Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on 7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
