Job summary

Kotz Heating and Air is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor in Waterford, MI. The role combines hands-on leadership with daily CSR tasks, helping the team book appointments and maintain records in ServiceTitan.

The position offers a $60,000 annual salary, a Monday–Friday schedule, and onsite work hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, paid holidays, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Prior lead or supervisor experience required.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services is a plus.
• Strong phone skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to coach, supervise and train others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the customer service department.
• Supervise and motivate the team of representatives, coordinators and dispatchers.
• Book HVAC, plumbing, maintenance, diagnostic and estimate appointments.
• Maintain ServiceTitan records and scheduling details.
• Prepare CSR performance reports and monitor KPIs.
