Role Overview
The Customer Service Supervisor oversees the front-end operations, leading a passionate sales team to ensure excellent customer experiences and proper store merchandising.
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge customers using Ollie’s "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to foster loyalty.
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions, assist with transactions, and communicate requests to Team Leaders.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards for all front-end products.
- Keep the front end, entrance, and exterior well-maintained.
- Ensure store standards and company programs meet operational expectations.
- Develop, evaluate, and supervise front-end associates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail experience preferred in a mid-to-large retail environment.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
- Stand for extended periods and work safely.
