GreenStar Co-op in Ithaca, NY is seeking a friendly, reliable team member for customer service, cashiering, stocking, and deli support. You will assist members, handle special orders, and keep displays neat and welcoming.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, answering questions, stocking shelves, and maintaining clean eating areas. Prior retail experience is a plus; willingness to multi-task is essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly customer service and cashiering.
• Keep displays stocked, neat, and attractive.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures per store policy.
• Answer customer questions, assist with memberships and special orders.
• Maintain deli area and assist in food prep as assigned.
• Help with compost, recycling, and eating area cleanliness.
• Process credits for returned items and handle customer needs.
• Understand member discounts and EBT/coupons handling.
