What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and assist with orders and accounts
  • Personalize the customer experience while problem-solving and addressing inquiries
  • Offer additional products during each customer interaction to drive sales
  • Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
  • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and maintain a structured work schedule

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations while managing a high call volume
  • Comfortable learning and working in a virtual environment with a set schedule
  • Strong communication skills to interact with various customer styles, peers, and leaders
  • Proficient in navigating multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
