Job summary

Austin Wood Recycling is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily shipping, receiving, and logistics operations while providing clerical and coordination support. This role serves as a primary contact for drivers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth material flow and timely responses.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and preferably bilingual Spanish; prior experience in client services or customer support is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
• Previous experience in client services or customer support is preferred.
• Strong skills in outbound calling and effective communication.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with office environments and data entry processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including in-person, and phone.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or elevate issues as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assume other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by management.
