Word & Brown Companies is seeking a Customer Service Rep I to handle calls and emails about California Choice plans for groups, members, brokers, and agencies. You will educate customers on enrollment steps, ID cards, and billing procedures while resolving issues with carriers.

The role requires maintaining HIPAA guidelines, excellent English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• CA Life & Health license required. If not, must obtain within six (6) months of hire.
• 2+ years customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle irate customers in a courteous, patient manner.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle calls and emails regarding California Choice plan administration for groups, members, brokers and agencies.
• Educate customers on ID cards, administrative procedures, dependent coverage, address changes, etc.
